The software

ReplyNav is licensed, not sold. Except where the law says otherwise, it is provided as it is, and it is not suitable for use where an incorrect or delayed result would cause harm.

Your Pro licence

A ReplyNav Pro licence is personal. You may use it on the computers you use yourself; it is not for sharing with other people or for publishing. It has no expiry and covers the versions of ReplyNav released while it is valid.

The licence carries the name and email address it was issued to. A licence that is refunded, charged back, or shared publicly may be revoked.

Paying for it

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The price shown on this website is a reference in US dollars. Checkout shows the price for your country, including any tax, before you pay.

The licence covers the application. It does not include AI usage: with a cloud provider you supply your own key, and your provider bills you directly for the requests you make.

Refunds

If ReplyNav Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get one, no questions asked. Write to us or reply to your Paddle receipt. A refunded licence stops working.

You review what it writes

ReplyNav produces drafts. It does not send messages for you. You are responsible for reading a result before you use it, and for anything you send.

Your provider account

You supply your own AI provider credentials and pay that provider directly. Their terms, usage limits, and content policies apply to everything you send through them. Do not send material through ReplyNav that you are not permitted to send to a third-party service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use ReplyNav to produce unlawful content or to impersonate another person.
• Do not use it to process material you have no right to process.
• Do not attempt to use it to bypass the security or access controls of any application.

Website content

The names, examples, and screenshots on this website describe the product. Example messages shown on the site are fictional and written for illustration.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. A purchase you have already made stays under the terms that applied when you bought it.
